Fast Forward is a great project to use pre-cut 2 ½” strips. For the best effect, the star fabric should have a high contrast with the 2 ½” strips. Then watch the stars unwind!

Fast Forward quilt by Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts. It’s made with the Jumbo Lazy Angle ruler by Lazy Girl Designs & Jaybird Quilts. Ask for the Jumbo Lazy Angle ruler at a local quilt shop.

Fast Forward is made with precut 2 ½” strips.

Fast Forward quilt pattern includes three size options:

Baby:  42” x 42”

Youth: 48” x 54”

Lap: 57” x 72”

Twin: 68” x 90”

Queen/King: 102” x 102”

All pieces are rotary cut from fabric strips. 

Machine pieced.

Full size pattern templates are provided. The Jumbo Lazy Angle Ruler is strongly recommended.
