- 1/8 yd Face-It™ Firm medium/heavy non-woven fusible interfacing, by Lazy Girl SLG1041 or SLG104
- 1/8 yd Fusi-Bond™ Lite fusible adhesive web by Lazy Girl, SLG1011 or SLG101, (1/4 yd for Large)
- 1 elastic pony tail hair band, medium sized (2 1/2in x 4mm), or regular 1/4in or fold-over elastic can be substituted
- Template plastic 4in x 2in
